  1. There is no established minimum order quantity
  2. Payment terms are net 30 days once account is established, no cash discounts are provided. We prefer payment via electronic remittance, call office to inquire.
  3. We do not ship C.O.D orders or accept personal checks
  4. All orders are shipped F.O.B. from Huntington, NY 11743 USA
  5. We ship orders by the best way unless specific shipping instructions are provided
  6. Prepaid UPS shipments will include a 20% handling charge, minimum of USD $15.00
  7. Pricing errors are subject to correction
  8. Prices and price lists are subject to change without notice
  9. Lead times for delivery are best estimates and are subject to change
  10. Quantity delivered for non-stock items may be +/- 10% of the original order quantity
  11. Exact quantities for non-stock items may be quoted at higher cost if required
  12. Quoted pricing and delivery lead times are valid for 30 days
  13. Claims for any reason must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods
  14. Returns for stocked items may be requested within 30 days of receipt of goods
  15. Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number is required to return stocked items
  16. 20% re-stocking charge is applied to all returned goods
  17. Non-stock, special, or make-to-order items may not be returned
